Vijayawada, India, September 20, 2007 - Property taxes for non-residential properties in Vijayawada are to increase from October 1 due to a revision in the rental values. This follows a survey conducted in the city, in which it was found that prevailing rental values are far higher than the values fixed in 2001 when the last revision took place.
