Two new SEZs proposed in Punjab | INRnews

Chandigarh, January 13, 2008 - Real Estate Developers Ansal Properties & Infrastructure (API) and Ishan Developers & Infrastructure (IDI) have proposed two new SEZs in Punjab with an investment of Rs 2,367 crore.

A Rs 506 crore IT-SEZ in Mohali on a 10.8 hectare site has been proposed by API. A Rs 1,861 crore textile park on 100 hectares near Amritsar has been proposed by IDI.

Punjab has eight formally-approved SEZ projects, while four have been given in-principle nod.
