New Delhi, India, September 28, 2007 - The Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Thiru T.R. Baalu has approved a sum of Rs. 89.05 crore for road improvement works and construction of four bridges under the Central Road Fund (CRF) scheme in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
