Hyderabad, India, January 29, 2008 - Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Company has received the "Notification of Award" through the Hospitals Services Consultancy Corporation on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, for "Construction of Speciality Hospital and Accident (Trauma) & Emergency Hospital for upgradation of Nizam Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad". The Contract Value is Rs 125.90 crores to be completed in a period of 15 months.
Hyderabad, India, April, 11 2007 - With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 21, 2007 regarding the proposed acquisition of 100% stake in M/s. Sri Vatsa Hotels Pvt Ltd (SVHPL), Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Company on April 10, 2007 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the shareholders of SVHPL for the acquisition of their 100% stake in the said Company. The cost of acquisition is Rs 176.5 Million. The acquired Company shall construct a three / four star hotel with approximate 90 rooms at its premises located in the heart of Secunderabad, just 1.5 km away from the Hyderabad Airport.
Hyderabad, India, January 26, 2007 - Hyderabad based company Image Group is to set up two 40-50 room budget hotels in the City at an investment of Rs 100 crore. The hotels will come up in the Ameerpet and Madhapur areas. Land for the project has already been acquired by the company.
Software Company Polaris has opened a facility focused on developing technology solutions for the investment banking industry. The 200,000 sq.ft. facility called "The Capital" is built on eight acres of land at the Manikonda IT Park in Hyderabad. Developed at a cost of Rs. 70 crores, the facility can house 2,000 employees initially.
