Kenilworth Beach Resort to add 16 villas in Goa property | INRnews

Panaji, India, January 22, 2008 - The Kenilworth Beach Resort and Spa, a 5-star hotel in Goa, is to add 16 luxury villas of 1,000 sq.ft to its property by Oct '08 at a cost of Rs 5.5 crore.

The resort is situated on a 14 acre site and has 107 rooms currently.

The villas will be positioned at the luxury-end of the market, offering facilities like personalised service and butler facilities and could be priced at Rs 9,500 per night per villa.
