Sabari Foundations to develop apartment complex at Siruseri, Chennai | INRnews

Chennai, India, January 21, 2008 - Chennai-based Sabari Foundations is to develop 308 apartments on a 10-acre site near the Sipcot Industrial complex at Siruseri. The total project cost is Rs 180 crore.

The three bed-room apartments will be 2,362 sq ft in size and the complex will come with facilities such as a swimming pool, convenience store and ATM. 

Sabari Foundations was started in April 2002 by K.R. Narayanan and K.R.V. Ramani. K.R.V Ramani is the entrepreneur behind Nilgiris Supermarkets at T. Nagar and R.A.Puram as well as the Three Star Hotel "Quality Inn Sabari" located at Thirumalai Pillai Road, in T. Nagar, Chennai.

The firm also plans to set up a 300,000 sq ft commercial building in Khader Nawaz Khan Road in the posh Nungambakkam district of Chennai on a 3-acre plot.
