Mumbai, January 29, 2007 - BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited has announced that the company has made a "Pre-Bid Alliance" with the Accor Group of Hotels and with Adlabs Films Limited to participate in the proposed International Convention Centre in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.
