Vijay Shanthi to launch new residential project in Chennai's IT corridor | INRnews
Chennai, December 01, 2006 - Vijay Shanthi Builders has announced that it proposes to launch a Rs 22.5 crore, high end luxury villa project in the information technology corridor at Chennai, in December 2006.
Vijay Shanthi has also launched a new residential project "GANGOTRI" in the IT Corridor, comprising of two and three bedroom apartments up to 1,300 sq ft size and priced at Rs.2,900 per sq ft. The site is located 5km from Tidel Park according.
The company has also announced joint ventures worth Rs 200 Crores.
