Premium apartments sell-out in Chennai | INRnews
Chennai, November 26, 2006 : All 15 apartments of a posh new project in Chennai sold out within a single-day. The cost of Rs.4.25 crores for each apartments Was clearly not a deterrent to the buyers.
Vijay Shanthi Builders' premium "PATIO" project in Rutland Gate, Nungambakkam has 15 four bed room apartments on a 22 ground property. The 5,000 sq ft apartments are priced at Rs.8,000 per sq ft. The project is expected to be completed by November 2007.
