I feel this option though sounds like 100% loan, in reality it is not. In fine lines it is 70% home loan plus 30% personal loan equating to 100 % loan. And personal loans being charged high interest can be costly deal. If we compare this with my citi bank home loan, I feel citi's loan is much better. Because they offer loan up to 89% of property value. The best part of this loan is one can process it while in abroad.
