HPCL to get 1,500 acres of land in Vizag SEZ | INRnews

Hyderabad, November 2, 2006 : Oil major, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) will be allotted 1,500 acres in the Special Economic Zone at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. HPCL is to set up a refinery, aromatic plant and naphtha cracker unit at an investment of Rs 35,000 crore on this site. This was decided at a meeting held on Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone, chaired by Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.
