Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar road sees real estate development interest | INRnews
The first IT SEZ in Gujarat, Mindspace, is to come up at Koba on this road, on a 93-acre campus. Project investment is over Rs.800 crores.
Bharat Hotels and Shivalik Infrastructure are planning five star hotels here. Also on the cards is a state of the art convention centre on 100 hectares at Bhat.
The state government has earmarked a large stretch of land between Koba and Raysan for knowledge based institutions. Institutions like the Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management, Law University and others are likely to set up on this stretch.
All this activity has led to land prices increasing to Rs 5,000 per sq yd, a substantial increase versus a year ago.
