BSEL awarded contract to build 6 malls in Nagpur | INRnews

Mumbai, October 24, 2006 : BSEL Infrastructure Realty along with its JV partner Unity Infraprojects have been awarded a contract by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation for the construction of six shopping malls in the city.

The BSEL-Unity joint venture emerged the highest bidder for all the six tenders floated by Nagpur Municipal Corporation for the construction of Six Shopping Malls. The total bid amount is Rs. 545 crore.

The malls will have a gross built up area of 2.7 million square feet with FSI of 1.6 million square feet.
