Real Estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle sees increased business momentum and market growth in India

Jones Lang LaSalle is to strengthen its India leadership team to deliver quality advice and services to a growing list of global, regional and local clients. The company, a leading global real estate services firm, announced strategic India management initiatives aimed at consolidating and strengthening its India operations. The initiatives specifically relate to establishing new leadership in the firm’s high-growth business areas in the country: Facility Management, Transaction Services and Project & Development Services.

The senior appointments are Chris Hunt as Regional Director and Head of West Asia for Integrated Facilities Management and Property Management Services; Sahel Pramendra as India Head for Transaction Services; and Brendan Weier Director, Operations – Delivery, Project & Development Services.

Under the stewardship of Chris Hunt, who has over 20 years of global expertise in facilities management, the India team at Jones Lang LaSalle will be focused on consolidating a strong Integrated Facilities Management and Property Management business. The firm has a robust and growing Integrated Facilities Management platform in India which is a critical contributor to the overall growth of Jones Lang LaSalle’s business in the Asia Pacific region. This is demonstrated by recent business wins from Sun Microsystems, DHL Worldwide and Bharti Telecom.

Sahel Pramendra will lead a national team to spearhead the Transaction Services business for Jones Lang LaSalle. His responsibilities will include representation of client interests in the delivery of strategic transactions services.

Brendan Weier will lead a team of dedicated project specialists to facilitate the firm's Project & Development Services business expansion in India.
