The multi-million dollar company is now looking to expand its business in the major growth spots of Asia, viz., India, Korea, China and Japan.
In India, the company plans to focus on popularising the concept in the crowded markets of Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai. In Chennai alone, Regus is looking at absorption of 8 million sq.ft in the next two years, with 20% of this taken up by small and medium organisations. The company hopes to rope in this target segment in the field of IT and ITES, business services, banking and financial firms.
As of now, its client roster has Nokia, Wells Fargo and TCS availing services. When Indian businesses look for smarter workplace solutions, Regus will already have the answers.
