DLF sees strong demand for Belaire real estate project in Gurgaon
Indian real estate developer DLF has reportedly sold 50% of the available 360 flats at it's latest project in Gurgaon "Belaire". The pre-launch saw the company raise approximately Rs. 560 crore jst within two hours of the opening of bookings.
This premium residential development comprises large apartments between 2,800 and 4,000 square feet. The selling price is between Rs. 7,000 and Rs.7,250 per sq.ft.

from my point of view,its bcoz of goodwill gesture that dlf got such huge amount,people has a blind faith on dlf.
