Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group to set up IT Park in Tamil Nadu

Anil Ambani, Chairman of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group has said that the company plans to invest Rs. 2,000 crores in Tamil Nadu to set up an IT Park and a world-class convention centre. He announced this soon after meeting state Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.  This investment would be on top of the planned Rs. 10,000 crore investments the group plans to make for a multi-product SEZ in Tamil Nadu.

“People now look at Tamil Nadu and Chennai as the IT destination of India. We look forward to working with the State Government to progress our thoughts further,” Mr. Ambani said.
