Thiruvananthapuram to get its first luxury condominium
Dubai-based group, Condor is to build Kerala's first luxury high-rise apartments. Named, "Marigold", the project targets Keralites based in the Gulf. The complex will be ready for occupation in December 2007.
The apartments are slated to meet international standards in design with workers and material being brought from West Asia to ensure quality construction. The 10-storey residential complex will have basement and sub-basement car parks, indoor and outdoor play areas, a gymnasium, visitor's lounge and other facilities.
Condor group has earned a reputation as one of the foremost construction companies in West Asia with over 150 projects undertaken over 23 years. They won the Dubai Municipality's best construction group award in 2004. They have also built to their credit, the first LEED platinum -rated 'green' building in West Asia.
