Mega township project planned in Ludhiana

Gurgaon based developer Vipul World has launched a Mega Township Project at Ludhiana, on 130 acres of land on Ferozepur Road, at a cost of Rs. 400 crore.

The company plans to sell over 250 lifestyle villas and apartments in the township as well as plots of land from 240 to 500 square yards.  The launch price is Rs 10,250 per square yard.

The township will contain a five-star hotel, commercial and retail outlets, clubhouse, jogging tracks, and will offer 24-hour power supply, security systems and Wireless Internet connectivity.
 
Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh said at the foundation laying ceremony that Vipul World was the second township in the state of 40 township projects that the state government has approved at an investment of Rs. 3,500 crore. 12 more projects are to be launched in the state within a few months.
